There is £50 to be transferred from HRD to C/A for the returned deposit to Kirsty Collins
Growell will need to be paid when order arrives approx. £400
60 bags of compost are on order £285

DC nothing is happening at present as Brian Collier currently still working elsewhere. Tich will assist as and when and will start removing the dividing wall. It was agreed Brian Collier should be invited to the next meeting.
The trailer was discussed as never used, SR to ask Mike if he is interested otherwise put up for sale for £200 ono.
The DC needs a good sort out to be arranged
RL Plot lettings
Cuurrently 18 on waiting list
Kirsty Collins had to give up her plot 16B and has been refunded in full.

Mentoring list is in hand and a list will go up in the shop
RL has paint to make mentors plots easily visible

A work party to clear round trees and put down bark chippings

RL & BR to look at plot 8 and decide if it should be let before purchasing further fruit trees
Michael Gill keen to join committee BR to invite him to next meeting
Lower car park it was agreed it is not practical to undertake work on it at this time.
Seating – PG has been offered a mahogany church pew FOC which seats approx. 10 people
It will require some work to weatherproof it but Yes please.
The existing seat will be destroyed as it is rotten and the plaque transferred to the pew.
PG to order a 3 seater plastic seat
It was decided a gazebo is not a good idea
Garage wall – BR left this with the council to sort out
Open gardens June 18/19th request for the allotments to be open agreed as long as Jacqui Gunn takes responsibility for closing both gates at night.
The shop will be open as usual Sunday 10-12 but only affiliated members can purchase goods
As in previous years there will be a scarecrow competition over that weekend
A rotavator has been donated for use by committee or to sell . BC to check it out.
Tools which have been left on plots and renovated to have prices put on them and put outside DC for as many allotment holders as possible to see. £5 for hoes etc £15 for shears.
BBQ will be reinstated this year date TBA
