2.       Minutes of  previous meeting

Minutes of August  2022 meeting accepted.

Electrician still not responding to emails. Also need to ask him for a safety certificate.

PAT tests will take place 1^st October 2022.

SR noting bank figures.

Bank signatures now all sorted

SR reported shop takings and raffle takings.

SR on holiday 1^st to 16^th Oct so requested those on shop duty leave taking in safe for her return

PB Sales are now reducing as the season progresses

5.       Plot Lettings

8 vacant plots and 6 people on the waiting list.

RL is meeting Alan Brawn 3/10 to print forms for subs which will be left in DC together with the receipt book

Plot signs BR had received a quotation for plot signs awaiting quotation from GP for comparison before progressing further.

The work party and subsequent BBQ was a success

SR to order skip for delivery 7^th Oct and collection 14^th Oct

BC to be available to open gate if required

BC noted the website needed revising for the following:

Hire of rotovators etc

Car parking on central path

No ground cover on plots

Facebook and newsletter to include “New members wanted”

No report from MI who was absent

We need to set up hall at the Pavilion from 6.45 on 26^th Oct

All committee members willing to stand again but happy to stand down if new people wanting to join committee.
