2. Minutes of previous meeting and matters arising
|
Shop – Discussion about 1st early potatoes and option offered by the supplier to replace jersey royals we asked for. Replacement to be decided. On the order list are: Charlotte, Pink Fir Apple, Please could help me to complete this list?? 6 plot holders with fees outstanding. November Minutes accepted.

3. Financial Report |
Printed report of November figures distributed. Money has been moved into the 95 day account as discussed last month. More rents have been collected and 6 plot payments are still outstanding. RL to chase up.

4. Any other financial matters |
S106 money due to arrive to CPC in January. Contractor for work at the bottom car will liaise with CPC to decide on a work/time schedule. Relevant plot holders affected will be notified when more information available. Changes are expected to the meat raffle as we lose the current meat source due to retirement and relocation. Charlie the butcher is now supplying the meat for the raffle. Sandy to speak to Charlie about supplying CAGA with a weekly supply of meat to continue the weekly raffle. |

5. Shop Report |
Shop takings are low due to the time of year. A potato order has been submitted and will be added to in due course to save on delivery charges. Out of date seeds – will be shared between community groups and some grown to raise funds for CAGA |

10. Website report, incl newsletter |
Suggestions made for January Newsletter. Huge thanks to Lamps at Long Crendon for donating over £1,000 of electrical equipment which was needed to update the electrics in the DC. Letters of thanks to be sent to Lamps and the electrician who carried out work in the DC.

a) S106 have been authorised – now awaiting further details from CPC. b) SODC grants – awaiting communication. |

12. Xmas drinks |
Thanks and round of applause to Sandy for organising this event. Thanks also to Veronica. Very nice feedback from people who attended. This event to be repeated in2024 |

13. Secretary’s role |
As secretary Jackie felt that she should be contactable via the website. MI said he would alter the website to include her email address. |

14. Banner |
Banner to be placed at entrance to the allotments. Initial draft is oversized and should be smaller. Wording and possible positions discussed. The aim of a sign is to increase footfall to the shop. A vote was taken whether to have a banner or not majority in favour. |

Originally considered as an option for using S106 monies. Majority voted to continue to discuss further. |

Tich has retired from the committee and is happy to help with plots. Thanks go to Tich for all his hard work over the years.
Insurance is due and the new quote is only £4 more.
Jackie to organise a working party to tidy the kitchen.
Request from Redhill to access a rear garden in Cherry Tree Road via the allotments. More details needed.
Data protection forms. It seems that not everyone has got or signed this form. To be followed and collected from members.
