Emergency Committee Meeting – Minutes

Date: 26th January 2026    Time: 10am    Location: ML’s     Present: MD, CMG, PS, JG. ML

An emergency meeting was called prior to the AGM to ensure everything is in place

1. Confirmation of Chair for AGM. A telephone call was held with Jim More, NAS rep for the South. He confirmed he would be chairing the meeting.
2. Plot Letting Fees

AB has updated data base and identified those whose rent is overdue. JG to contact identified plot holders and ask for prompt payment. They will be able to pay at AGM or by bank transfer.

3. Fire Risk assessment for DC

JG has identified a competent person to undertake a full fire risk assessment for DC. She will contact him to ascertain costs etc.
