Minutes of September 2022 meeting accepted.
Electrician still not responding to emails. Alan Braun to be asked exactly what was PAT tested and for the certificate.

SR noting bank figures. SR reported shop takings and raffle takings. Nat West is closing in March 2023 SR to look into online banking |

PB Sales are now reducing as the season progresses Seed and potato order in progress

7. Plot Lettings |
60 renewals so far. 2 resignations. 11 on waiting list. 6 plots need attention. A Braun exempt from paying as way of thanks for all assistance. Thanks to BC for all hard work rotavating Chinnor Pump report done. GP had received a quotation which was accepted £ 452 +VAT for 160 x 6”x6” plates with rounded corners. SR to get quotes for letters and numbers from local companies RL to get quote for posts New Membership cards for all plot holders and Associate members for 2022/2023 have arrived |

We need to set up hall at the Pavilion from 6.45 on 26th Oct 20 copies of Accounts required BR to send out Agenda Gift vouchers for plot winners etc done and handed to BR |

11. Machines in Garage |
Allotment holders with machines in garage are charged £10 per: year. Committee members free. BC to sort out garage. The new strimmer is working well and has been paid for. PG to purchase more petrol for machines. |

Next Meeting |
John Chown had sadly passed away. Funeral 31/10/22 A cheque for £50 to go to Royal Navy Benevolent Fund via BC. A tree in memory of John to be planted in orchard together with plaque. The beginners trophy to be re-named the John Chown Trophy. A wooden shield to be purchased with small brass shields for winners names to be engraved on to be purchased. Floor painting to be postponed to spring as now too cold Central path to be closed for winter MI and RL to post as appropriate Sign for toilet door “Switch off lights” to be put up Bonfire date to be decided once hosepipe restrictions lifted
